Error: Failed to download template from registry: Failed to download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nuxt/starter/templates/templates/v3.json: TypeError: fetch failed修改hosts文件
去修改用户HOSTS文件，地址在c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
加一句
185.199.108.133 raw.githubusercontent.com修改后,刷新DNS缓存
ipconfig /flushdns
